By registering, you certify that the email address you provide during registration is accurate and belongs to you. You may only maintain one active registration with us. If you forget your password, you should click on lost password and input your email address. A logon and password will be sent to your registered email address. Your profile can be remove from our database by canceling your membership. We may send you logon reminders and ideal matches to you via email. If you decide you do not want to receive these messages you can opt-out.

"Content" means any information, expression, or other material and services found on ideal mate. This includes chat rooms and content provided by ideal mate. All content of ideal mate belongs to us and may not reproduced without our prior written consent. The content on ideal mate is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws and is intended for individual, personal use only. You may not modify, retransmit, sell, or copy any of the content in any way.

All private information (i.e. names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) is kept between you and ideal mate staff. Every precaution will be taken to ensure the information stays private. We will not post or share private information under any circumstances unless required by law enforcement officials in an ongoing investigation with a court order.

We do not screen or investigate people who place or respond to personal ads placed on ideal mate. ideal mate assumes no liability for the content of and all replies to any ad whether responded from ideal mate or another source derived from ideal mate. By placing a ad on ideal mate you indemnify and hold ideal mate and its officers, employees, volunteers, advertisers, and content providers harmless from all costs, expenses (including any legal fees), proceedings, liabilities and damages resulting from or caused by placing a ad or responding to ad on ideal mate.

You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not use, or allow others to use, your ideal mate membership to:

1. Post or transmit any content that is vulgar, crude, or sexually explicit, hateful, racist, fraudulent, threatening, obscene, libelous, slanderous;
2. Post, transmit, or link to sexually explicit material or websites;
3. Post photos containing nudity;
4. Post or transmit personal information such as but not limited to phone numbers, addresses, etc.;
5. Post descriptions or discussions containing illegal drugs or drug use;
6. Post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, scams, or other solicitation;
7. Intentionally violate any applicable laws in your city/municipality, state/province, and/or country.

We reserve the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings and messages to ensure that they conform to the content guidelines which may be applicable from time to time.

We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, direct or indirect damages of any kind whatsoever, which may arise out of or relate to your use of ideal mate, including but not limited to lost revenues, profits, business data, or damages resulting from any viruses, worms, or other destructive/malicious software or materials, or communications by you or other users of ideal mate

ideal mate is distributed on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that this service will uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of ideal mate Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that ideal mate is provided with any warranties of any kind whatsoever, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that use of ideal mate is at your own risk.

If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement is entered into Hennepin County, Minnesota. You agree that it will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the courts of the State of Minnesota and the federal courts applicable within the State.

We reserve the right to temporarily disable ideal mate during regular intervals or at any time for maintenance.
